I was privileged to work alongside Denise as a part of a leadership team where she was instrumental in assisting the Sr. Vice President in developing the strategy for a restructured global multi-functional organization. She stood up both HR and OD departments and worked to centralize and standardize hiring practices and core competencies for each job scope within the origanization.
