She is both a proven strategist and practitioner, able to assist an organization to move through from strategy to execution. Contributing to this has been her extensive experience enabling her to take advantage of many interesting opportunities and challenges in her career. She has built a variety of development programs in both greenfield and brownfield environments assisting both the organization and the HR and L&D communities to transform.
Pivotal to this is Denise’s experience in leading both small and large teams in fast-moving and dynamic sectors. She has become a trusted advisor and true business partner to senior and executive leadership and has developed strategic leadership and rotation programs, while addressing generational impacts, global mobility and, talent acquisition and development issues across her role remit.

Importantly, Denise brings an outside-the-square ability to her thinking in L&D, OD, HR, Talent and Leadership drawing on a multi-discipline perspective and considers her non-traditional approach to add value in complex scenarios, and developing 21st Century contexts. For this reason, Denise is also a widely requested guest speaker in the Talent, OD, L&D, HR and Talent communities of practice.
So, through her passion and expertise, her intent is to light her own small fire in the darkness.
